Discounted Labs Refund Policy
Lab orders are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase. Lab orders not used within this time period will expire. You can extend these 3 months to an extra 3 months if you send us an email within 3 months from the date of purchase.
You may cancel an order and get a refund if:
(1) you have not had your blood drawn and
(2) the order is cancelled within 3 months of the date it was purchased.
If the order is cancelled within 30 days of the purchase date, the total lab order invoice amount will be refunded minus a $15 cancellation processing fee.
If the order is canceled after 30 days and before 90 days, you will receive a credit for the purchase amount minus a $15 handling fee. This credit can be applied to any future order placed within three months of the cancellation date request.
No refunds can be provided after 90 days from order date.
In case that Discounted Labs or Quest miss a lab test in an order, Discounted Labs will accommodate by sending the customer a lab requisition form for the missed lab test at no cost.
