We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or alter your lab order. Below is a clear and simple guide to our refund policy, covering all the details you need to know.

Refund and Cancellation Fees

A $15 fee applies for all cancellations, irrespective of when the cancellation is made. Lab orders are valid for 9 months (270 days) from the date you make the purchase.

Extending Order Validity

If you haven't used your lab order within 9 months (270 days), it will automatically expire. However, you can extend its validity for an additional 90 days (not to exceed a year from the order date) by emailing us before the expiration date.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, you must meet two conditions:

  1. You haven't had your blood drawn.
  2. The order is canceled within 270 days of the purchase date.

Cancellation Within 30 Days

If you cancel your order within the first 30 days from the purchase date, we'll refund the total lab order amount, minus the $15 cancellation processing fee.

Cancellation Between 30 and 270 Days

If you cancel your order between 30 and 270 days from the purchase date, you won't receive a cash refund. Instead, we will issue a credit for the purchase amount, minus the $15 handling fee. This credit can be applied to any future order you place within three months of the cancellation date.

Missing Lab Tests

If either DiscountedLabs or Quest omits a lab test in your lab requisition form or results, we will remedy this by providing you with a lab requisition form for the missing test, free of charge.

How to Cancel or Modify an Order

To cancel or change your order, please complete the contact us form. Make sure to include the order number for the lab order you wish to cancel or modify.
